About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Analyst to join our client's dynamic team on a full-time basis. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, making it ideal for professionals who thrive in a virtual environment.

The Cyber Security

Analyst will play a critical role in safeguarding the organization's digital assets by monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security threats. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of security protocols, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a combination of technical expertise and practical experience, including:

- Proficiency with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools such as Splunk, QRadar, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of network security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools like Nessus, OpenVAS, or Qualys.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001,



or CIS Controls.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret logs and network traffic to identify anomalies and threats.
- Experience in incident response procedures, including investigation, containment, and remediation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively independently and manage time efficiently in a work from home environment.

Responsibilities The Cyber Security Analyst will be responsible for a broad range of security-related tasks, including:

- Monitoring and analyzing security events from various sources, including SIEM tools, firewalls, and IDS/IPS systems.
- Investigating security incidents to determine their scope, impact, and root cause.
