Role Description The Customer Voice Process role at HR TEAM is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, with a salary up to 28k. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to queries, and providing accurate information in a professional manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving customer issues, recording interactions in internal systems, and ensuring timely follow-up to support customer satisfaction.

The role requires maintaining service quality standards, adhering to process guidelines,



and collaborating with team members to improve customer experience. Candidates will be expected to work scheduled shifts, meet performance targets, and uphold confidentiality and data protection norms.

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal articulation and active listening.
- Interpersonal Skills to build rapport, manage difficult conversations, and maintain a courteous tone.
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to resolve queries and ensure a positive service experience.
- Analytical Skills to understand customer issues, interpret information, and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency, including use of CRM or call management tools; prior voice process or BPO experience is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; a graduate degree is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to rotational shifts if required.
