Job Summary

We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Customer Support Process in the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience handling international customers, and a proven track record in upselling and cross-selling telecom products/services while delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international telecom customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable telecom products and services.
- Drive revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet individual and team sales, quality, and productivity targets.
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Adhere to process guidelines, compliance standards, and quality metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in International Voice Process.
- Experience in Customer Support Voice (International).
- Solid exposure to Telecom Sales, Upselling, and Cross-Selling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer handling, objection management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and customer engagement platforms.




- Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Preferred Experience
- International Customer Support Voice Process.
- Telecom, Broadband, Wireless, Mobile, or ISP industry experience.
- Global customer engagement and sales exposure.
- Consistent achievement of sales and upselling targets.
