Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and communicative candidates to join our International Voice Process team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, assisting international clients, and delivering an exceptional customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with international customers in a qualified manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently with strong problem-solving skills.
- Maintain high quality standards and adhere to process guidelines and metrics.
- Record customer details and interaction logs accurately in the database/CRM.
- Build positive relationships with customers through clear, polite, and empathetic communication.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Language Proficiency:



Excellent/Fluent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience: Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in an international BPO/voice process.
- Skills: Good active listening, objection handling, and clear pronunciation with a neutral/clear accent.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) and 5/6-day workweeks depending on client requirements.
