About the Role We are looking for

Customer Support Executives to handle inbound calls and assist employees/customers with queries, requests, and support-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities Handle inbound voice calls professionally. Assist with customer/employee queries and requests. Resolve issues or escalate when required. Maintain accurate call records. Deliver a positive customer experience.

Requirements Solid spoken English –

CEFR B2 level . Good listening and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused attitude. Comfortable with rotational shifts and week-offs. Willing to work night shifts. Immediate joiners preferred.

25 KM of the office.
