What You'll Do

- Deliver excellence - complete daily tasks with precision & quality
- Achieve targets by following best practices




- Ensure 99.9% uptime by managing your tech & workspace
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally
- Provide accurate resolutions following company policies
- Tackle complaints & escalate priority issues
- Be flexible to handle inquiries outside regular hours & follow up to ensure satisfaction

Desired Experience

- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service preferred (Freshers can apply)
- Education: Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - data analysis & management

? Salary Structure (Monthly):

Fresher: 15K

1 year : 16k

2year : 18k
