About the Role

Are you looking to build your career in non-voice customer support? We are hiring customer-centric individuals for the Ather Non-Voice Process in Bangalore! In this role, you will be assisting customers by managing email queries, delivering timely solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction without taking live phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email.
- Resolve customer issues and answer queries accurately using internal tools.
- Maintain complete and exact records of customer interactions in the system.




- Ensure high quality standards and adherence to response time limits.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduation is Mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a Non-Voice process is mandatory.
- Age Limit: 18 – 30 years.
- Language Requirements: Fluent English + proficiency in any 1 Regional Language (Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, etc.).
- Key Skills: Strong written communication, basic computer proficiency, and attention to detail.
