Role & responsibilities
- Responsibility promptly to customer questions via phone.
- Managing account updates, billing inquires, refunds etc.
- Updating knowledge bases and FAQs and internal help articles to streamline future support interacions.
- Maintain tracking data for future refrence.

- 12th pass
- graduation not mandatory
- only work from office
