Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Support (Wealth Management) role is based in Gurugram. The position involves assisting clients with inquiries related to financial planning, investments, insurance, and overall wealth management services. Daily tasks include responding to client calls and emails, resolving service requests, explaining product features and policies, and guiding clients through account-related processes.

The role also requires maintaining accurate records of client interactions, coordinating with internal teams to address complex issues, and ensuring timely follow-up and service resolution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Finance to support clients with wealth management queries and basic financial decisions.

- Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance to assist clients with policy features, claims processes, and coverage-related questions.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle client concerns professionally and efficiently.
