Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, email, chat & CRM.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers with product/service-related queries.
- Maintain customer interaction records and follow up when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / BPO.
- Freshers can apply.




- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Tally/accounting is a plus.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
