About the Role eClerx Services Limited is hiring Customer Support Agents / Voice Analysts for our US Voice Process in Chandigarh.

The role involves handling inbound calls from US customers, understanding their requirements, resolving queries, providing appropriate solutions, and identifying relevant opportunities for sales and upselling.

The position requires employees to work from the Chandigarh office and be comfortable with rotational US shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from US customers
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
- Identify opportunities for sales and upselling
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and performance targets
- Follow process guidelines and maintain service quality





Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable handling international customers
- Willing to work in rotational US shifts
- Comfortable working 100% from office
- Currently residing in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, or nearby areas
- Able to commute to the Chandigarh office

? Compensation
- In-hand Salary: ₹20,100 – ₹23,100 per month
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹7,000 per month after successful completion of probation
- Potential Earnings: Up to ₹30,000 per month
- Other applicable benefits as per company policy
