About the role

Nearby Pets India is hiring Sales Support Agents in Bhopal to handle inbound customer enquiries over chat and voice. Customers reach us on WhatsApp, website chat and phone when they want to buy a pet; you will answer their questions, help them choose the right pet, explain prices, booking and delivery, and guide them through to a confirmed order. This is an on-site, full-time role: 6 days a week with a rotational week off; 9-hour shifts (8 working hours + 1-hour break) between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

Freshers and experienced agents are both welcome.

What you will do

- Handle inbound customer chats (WhatsApp and website) and inbound calls
- Understand what each customer is looking for and recommend suitable pets
- Explain prices, the 25% advance booking, delivery process and health guarantee clearly
- Guide interested customers to book and follow up on pending enquiries
- Share pet photos and videos and answer care questions
- Keep every enquiry and its status updated in the CRM
- Coordinate with the operations team on delivery schedules
- Handle customer concerns politely and escalate when needed





What we are looking for

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Freshers and experienced chat/voice agents are both welcome
- Good spoken and written English and Hindi
- Comfortable typing quickly and handling several chats at once
- Explicit, polite phone manner
- Basic smartphone and computer skills
- Able to work on-site in Bhopal: 6 days a week with a rotational week off; 9-hour shifts (8 working hours + 1-hour break) between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM
- Interest in pets is a plus
