Café Service Staff – F&B;

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly Café Service Associates who can handle customer service, F&B; operations, beverages, and hookah service while ensuring an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Take orders, serve food & beverages and ensure timely table service.
- Prepare and serve chai, coffee, shakes, mocktails and other café beverages.
- Handle hookah preparation and service as per company SOPs and applicable regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service areas and equipment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and barista team for smooth order execution.
- Handle customer queries, feedback and basic complaints professionally.
- Assist with billing/POS and payment collection when required.
- Maintain proper stock levels of service items and report shortages.




- Follow all food safety, hygiene and operational standards.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in a café, restaurant, lounge, QSR or hospitality environment preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of F&B; service and beverages.
- Experience with hookah service will be an advantage.
- Energetic, presentable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
