We're hiring Customer Service Representatives for both voice and non-voice international accounts. Voice representatives handle live calls for a healthcare account , while non-voice representatives manage chat/email-based support. In either track, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions via phone (voice) or chat/email (non-voice)
- Provide accurate, timely resolutions to customer queries on first contact where possible
- Maintain quality and compliance standards on every interaction
- Log interactions and updates accurately in the CRM system
Qualifications and requirements:
- At least six (6) months of experience in international voice and/or non-voice processes for the Customer Service Representative roles in Noida and Gurugram
- Fresh graduates with excellent communications skills are also eligible to apply
- College graduates, preferably with degree in computer applications (bachelors or masters), business administration, commerce, arts or science
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Amenable to working rotating shifts starting September 2026
- Candidates must bring a copy of resume and a valid government ID
