Job Brief:

- Join AU Small Finance Bank Limited's Operations and Services team as a key contributor responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while accurately assessing and valuing assets to support lending decisions. This role demands a blend of strong interpersonal skills and technical expertise in asset valuation within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between customers and the bank, ensuring seamless service delivery, while also conducting thorough evaluations of collateral to mitigate risk and uphold the bank's credit standards. This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic banking workplace.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information about banking products and services.
- Conduct comprehensive valuations of various asset types including real estate, vehicles, and machinery to support loan underwriting and risk assessment processes.
- Collaborate with credit and risk teams to ensure asset valuations align with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions,



asset evaluations, and related documentation to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction by streamlining service processes and providing feedback to management.
- Coordinate with field officers and external vendors for in office asset inspections and verification when necessary.
- Analyze market trends and property values to provide accurate and up-to-date valuation reports.
- Assist in training junior staff on customer service protocols and valuation methodologies to maintain high operational standards.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and internal controls related to customer service and asset valuation activities.
- Prepare and present valuation reports and customer service performance metrics to senior management.
