We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager with strong knowledge of CHA documentation, import customs clearance, and shipment coordination.

The candidate will be responsible for handling import shipments from receipt and verification of documents through Customs clearance and final delivery, while ensuring timely and professional communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end customer service for Import Customs Clearance / CHA shipments
- Scrutinize Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, Insurance and other import documents
- Coordinate preparation and filing of Bill of Entry
- Follow up on Customs assessment, queries, examination and Out of Charge (OOC)
- Coordinate with Shipping Lines, CFS/Terminals, Transporters, Customs and internal operations teams
- Track shipments from pre-arrival through clearance and final delivery
- Provide customers with timely and proactive shipment updates
- Handle documentation discrepancies and clearance-related issues
- Monitor pending documents, DO, Customs clearance, container movement and delivery
- Maintain shipment-wise records, MIS and customer correspondence




- Supervise and guide Customer Service / Documentation Executives
- Ensure agreed TAT and service standards are achieved
- Maintain robust customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Required Experience
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in a Customs Broker (CHA), Freight Forwarding or Logistics company
- Strong experience in Import Customs Clearance and CHA documentation
- Experience independently handling multiple customers and high-volume import shipments
- Team-handling experience will be an advantage
