Position: Customer Service / Chat Support Executive

Salary Details :

For international Chat Process : 23,000 per month CTC & In-Hand 19000 per month For Domestic Voice Process : 19,000 per month CTC & In-Hand 15000 per month

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or above
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Valuable communication skills in English are mandatory

Work Schedule

- Rotational Night Shifts
- Candidates must be comfortable working in any night shift
- 5 days working & 2 Rotational Weekly Offs

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls / Chat professionally
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
