CTC: 26,000 per month

In-Hand Salary: 21,700 per month

Shift: Day Shift

Working: 6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Week Off

Sunday: Fixed Off

Transport: Both-Side Shuttle Facility Available

Job Role

We are looking for confident and customer-focused Customer Service Associates to join our team.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will:

- Make outbound calls to premium customers
- Promote and sell Health Insurance Card plans
- Understand customer requirements and explain the plan benefits
- Build a positive relationship with customers
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience

Eligibility
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills
- Candidates with a customer service/sales/telecalling background will be preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
