Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Creating tickets for client issues and track the issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
- Proactively seek feedback from customers to improve service quality and overall customer satisfaction.
