The company provides software for Electronic Medical Records (EMR), electronic medical billing, and customized medical software solutions to help practices manage clinical and financial workflows more efficiently. We are looking for motivated and experienced professionals to join our team for the following positions: Customer Service Executive Handle customer calls, queries, and service requests professionally.

Maintain call records and follow standard operating procedures. Customer-handling or BPO experience is preferred. Basic computer and email proficiency.



RCM Executive – US Healthcare Work on US healthcare revenue-cycle processes.

Handle claims follow-up, denials, payment posting, AR, eligibility, authorizations, or related RCM activities. Communicate with insurance payers and resolve claim-related issues. Maintain productivity, quality, and compliance standards.

Prior experience in US Healthcare RCM is required. Knowledge of medical billing, claims processing, denial management, AR follow-up, and insurance verification.

Experience working with US shifts will be an advantage The job is for USA shifts from 7:30 PM To 3:30 am IST.
