We are looking for a agile and proactive Customer Sales Executive to drive client acquisition, manage site evaluations, and bridge the gap between our clients and design teams.

Position Overview The Customer Sales Executive will serve as the primary face of Planty Homes for new and existing clients. This role combines business development with on-site landscaping assessment and project coordination. You will be responsible for meeting prospective clients, conducting site visits, evaluating landscaping requirements, measuring spaces, capturing site imagery, and coordinating with designers to ensure seamless project initiation.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Client Relations

- Client Acquisition: Actively meet with new prospective clients, understand their landscaping visions, and pitch Planty Homes' services.
- Point of Contact (POC):



Serve as the central communication bridge between the client and the internal design team throughout the initial consultation and planning phase.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

2. Site Evaluation & Assessment

- Site Visits: Visit client locations to evaluate existing conditions and determine what landscaping work needs to be done.
- Site Measurement & Documentation: Accurately measure the site dimensions and take detailed photographs/videos of the area to aid in design planning.
- Requirement Gathering: Identify soil types, sunlight exposure, drainage, and other environmental factors relevant to landscaping success.

3. Data Management & Reporting

- Excel Reporting: Log all site details, client requirements, measurements, project notes, and visit summaries accurately into Excel spreadsheets.
- Handover to Design Team: Compile and transfer all collected site data, images, and client feedback cleanly to the landscape designers to facilitate accurate quotation and design generation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
