Elvora Estate is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our office team in Indore.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting customer leads, understanding their property requirements, suggesting suitable property options, maintaining regular follow-ups, and keeping customer information updated in the CRM system.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided to suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customer leads and understand their property requirements.
- Identify customer preferences such as location, budget, property type, size, and other requirements.
- Match customer requirements with suitable properties available through Elvora Estate.
- Explain relevant property/project details to customers clearly and professionally.
- Maintain regular customer follow-ups through calls and other communication channels.
- Update and maintain accurate customer information and follow-up records in the CRM software.
- Track lead status, customer interactions, requirements, and follow-up activities.




- Coordinate with the sales/site team regarding customer requirements and site visits.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Support the team in achieving customer service and business objectives.

Skills & Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply.
- Valuable communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable using CRM software, MS Excel, email, and other basic office applications.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Confident and professional communication over the phone.
- Organized and capable of maintaining accurate customer records.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
