We are seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, build long-term relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via calls, emails and in-person interactions
- Respond promptly to customer queries, complaints and service requests
- Maintain and update accurate customer records in CRM or internal systems
- Follow up with clients regarding payments, orders or service requests
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business
- Coordinate with sales, accounts and operations teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality




- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, complaints and resolutions

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
