Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional approach.

Understand customer requirements and provide personalized assistance.

Build robust customer relationships and ensure a premium shopping experience.

Handle customer queries, follow-ups and customer records.

Support the team in achieving sales targets.

Candidate Profile

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, presentable and well-groomed personality.

Friendly, positive and customer-oriented attitude.

Prior experience in retail, fashion or luxury brands is preferred.

Candidates from Northeast India would be preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills and the right personality are welcome to apply.
