Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, handling customer queries, coordinating service requirements, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely and professional assistance.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to address customer requirements.

- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle servicing, deliveries, feedback, and pending issues.

- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for quick resolution.

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile industry, preferably in customer relationship management, dealership, sales, or service operations.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-oriented attitude with robust relationship-building abilities.

- Good knowledge of automobile dealership processes.

- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
