Customer Relations Manager The Wedding Fellas | Bangalore

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Relations Manager to be the bridge between our clients and our team.

What you’ll do

- Be the main point of contact for clients before, during and after their wedding.
- Understand client requirements and keep the team aligned.
- Manage follow-ups, timelines, deliverables and client requests.
- Coordinate with photographers, cinematographers and the internal team.
- Handle client questions and concerns professionally.
- Make sure every client has a smooth and memorable experience.

What we’re looking for

- 2–5 years of experience in customer relations, client servicing, hospitality, events or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Someone who is organised, responsive and excellent at follow-ups.
- Comfortable handling multiple clients at the same time.
- Experience in weddings, photography or events is a plus.
