CRM Team Lead – Premium Longevity Startup | Recent Delhi We are hiring on behalf of our client, a premium, high-touch longevity practice serving founders, executives, and HNI/UHNI clients in New Delhi. Lead and grow the Relationship Management team, owning client retention, engagement, and overall client experience. Own the CRM/Relationship Management function end-to-end; Lead, mentor, and manage the Relationship Management team Drive client retention through strong relationship management Set team targets, conduct performance reviews, and track service quality 3–5+ years in frontline/Key Account Management, with 2–3+ years leading a team ~ Experience with HNI/UHNI clientele or a premium/luxury service background (hospitality, luxury retail, wellness, etc.)
