We are hiring for the position of: Customer Relationship Manager Location: Pune & Aurangabad Educational Qualifications: MBA / B.Tech with relevant experience in Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) : # Drive business growth by identifying and exploring market opportunities within the assigned territory. # Develop and present competitive commercial proposals for prospective Retail & Medium segment customers. # Conduct market intelligence activities by gathering competitor insights on pricing, incentives, and market trends. # Build robust customer relationships through regular site visits and engagement with project managers, site in-charges, influencers, and key stakeholders.



# Analyze market dynamics and customer requirements to strengthen market position and drive sales. # Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding, SAP code creation, and seamless order execution. # Ensure timely collection of payments and effective management of receivables, including critical outstanding cases. # Monitor customer-wise sales, collections, and outstanding payments to support business objectives. # Achieve sales and revenue targets while maintaining pricing discipline as per company guidelines.
