Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls and queries.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Provide accurate information related to the process.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication.




- Handle customer interactions effectively.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Odia.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- 12th Pass, Undergraduate or Graduate candidates are eligible.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Age: 18–30 years.

Salary Details

Freshers: ₹14,000 In-hand/month
