Job Responsibilities:

- Make calls to existing and potential customers for TMT/steel sales.
- Take customer enquiries and provide product, price and availability details.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain customer and enquiry records.
- Coordinate with the sales, billing and dispatch teams for order processing.
- Follow up on pending orders and payments when required.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and calling targets.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication skills and a confident personality.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
- Sales experience preferred; freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Positive attitude, regular follow-up and willingness to learn.
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Salary: Starting ₹10,000/month + incentives, depending on experience. Pay: From ₹10,000.17 per month
