Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives with the potential to earn an additional ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 or more, depending on individual performance and achievement of targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about company services.
- Follow up with interested customers and potential clients.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
- Explain services, offers and processes clearly and confidently.
- Convert qualified customer enquiries into successful business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Achieve assigned performance and customer service targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
- Maintain professional communication and represent the company positively.

- Previous experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, Sales, Counselling, Business Development or a similar role will be an advantage.

Salary & Incentive Structure Fixed Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Salary will be decided based on the candidate’s experience, communication skills and overall suitability for the position.
