Communicate with existing customers and maintain robust relationships. Follow up with customers for repeat orders and pending requirements.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues. Take and coordinate medicine orders with the sales/operations team. Maintain customer records, call reports, and follow-up data. Identify customer requirements and coordinate with relevant departments.

Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction. Prepare daily/weekly customer call and retention reports. RequirementsGood communication and customer-handling skills. Comfortable speaking with customers over phone.

Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.

Experience in customer care, telesales, retention, or pharmaceutical sales preferred. Positive attitude, patience, and strong follow-up skills. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply..

Salary: ₹10,000–₹13,000 per month, depending on experience.
