nWe are looking for a Customer Acquisition & Growth Executive to take ownership of acquiring recent customers, building local communities, developing partnerships, and driving bookings across Bengaluru.

n

nThis is a hands-on growth role where you will directly contribute to the expansion of mypet9.

n

nKey Responsibilities

- Drive customer acquisition and generate qualified leads for mypet9.
n
- Convert leads and enquiries into customers and bookings.
n
- Identify and execute new online and offline customer acquisition channels.
n
- Build relationships with pet parents and local communities.
n
- Develop partnerships with apartment communities, pet stores, groomers, vets, trainers, and other pet-related businesses.

- Execute referral and community-based acquisition initiatives.
n
- Conduct on-ground customer acquisition and promotional activities.
n
- Identify new customer segments and untapped growth opportunities.
n
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
n
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve conversion and retention.
n
- Track acquisition activities, leads, conversions, bookings, and other growth metrics.
n
- Continuously test new acquisition strategies and improve performance.

- Previous experience in sales, business development, community building, or customer acquisition is a plus.

- Freshers with strong communication and execution skills are welcome.
