nWe're now looking for someone who can help make that community feel even more alive.

nWhat You'll Do

nAs our Community & Culture Intern, you'll get real ownership over how Sekeron engages and grows its creative community.

nYou'll:

nConceptualise and execute contests, challenges and community initiatives across fashion, film & theatre, visual arts, dance, writing and other creative categories

nOwn these initiatives end-to-end — from the first idea to promotion, participation and results

nIdeate, shoot and feature in reels and other social content

nSpot trends, formats and conversations worth bringing to Sekeron

nEngage with creators, college communities and relevant creative networks

nBrainstorm directly with the founding team on community and growth experiments





nGradually take ownership of platforms and tools including Instagram and Meta, based on demonstrated reliability

nWho We're Looking For

nYou'd probably be a great fit if you:

nAre based in Delhi NCR and are comfortable with a hybrid setup

nHave strong creative instincts and are chronically full of ideas

nUnderstand social media platforms, internet culture and what makes people stop scrolling

nAre confident and comfortable in front of a camera

nCan take an idea from "wait, what if we..." to actually making it happen

nAre proactive, dependable and someone we'd trust with real responsibility

nEnjoy talking to people and bringing them together

nDon't need to be told exactly what to do every step of the way

nPrior experience is great, but not mandatory. Initiative is.
