Job Purpose To identify, approach, and develop relationships with corporates, CSR foundations, and institutional donors to generate CSR funding for the NGO's social-impact programs and build long-term corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. CSR Lead Generation

- Identify companies with suitable CSR priorities and funding opportunities.
- Build and maintain a database of potential corporate donors.
- Research CSR activities, focus areas, and funding priorities of companies.
- Generate qualified CSR leads through online research, networking, references, events, and qualified platforms.

2. Corporate Outreach & Fundraising

- Contact CSR Heads, Corporate Affairs teams, HR teams, foundations, and senior decision-makers.
- Conduct calls, emails, meetings, and presentations with prospective donors.
- Introduce the NGO, its programs, impact, and funding requirements.
- Understand corporate CSR requirements and identify suitable project opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with prospective donors to move opportunities toward closure.

3. Proposal Development

- Prepare CSR proposals, concept notes, project budgets, presentations, and funding requests.
- Coordinate with program teams to collect project details, beneficiary data, impact information, photographs, and case studies.




- Customize proposals according to the CSR objectives and requirements of prospective companies.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and required documents.

4. Donor Relationship Management

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate donors.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, project presentations, and donor interactions.
- Maintain regular communication with existing CSR partners.
- Identify opportunities for repeat funding and expansion of existing partnerships.

5. CSR Grant & Project Coordination

- Coordinate with internal program, finance, and operations teams after funding approval.
- Track project milestones, budgets, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate preparation of utilization certificates, progress reports, impact reports, and other donor documentation.
- Ensure all commitments to CSR partners are completed within agreed timelines.

6. Reporting & MIS

- Maintain accurate records of CSR leads, contacts, meetings, proposals, commitments, and funding.
- Update CRM/MIS regularly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly fundraising reports.
- Track the complete fundraising pipeline from lead generation → meeting → proposal → negotiation → approval → funding → reporting.

Candidate Requirements





Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing, Fundraising, CSR, Social Work, or a related field will be an advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in CSR fundraising, institutional fundraising, NGO fundraising, corporate partnerships, business development, or a related field.
- Experience in successfully raising funds from corporates/CSR foundations will be preferred.
