MISAT Charitable Foundation Trust is dedicated to community empowerment, skill development, healthcare training initiatives, and social upliftment. We are expanding our institutional reach and are looking for a proactive, goal-driven CSR &

- Fundraising Officer to lead donation drives, establish corporate partnerships, and secure grants for ongoing and upcoming welfare projects.

Key Responsibilities

- CSR Outreach: Identify, research, and connect with corporate entities, PSUs, and HNIs for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funding.

- Proposal &
- Pitch Preparation:

Draft impactful CSR project proposals, presentations, grant applications, and donation appeals tailored to corporate agendas and institutional guidelines.

- Fundraising Campaigns: Plan and execute fundraising strategies, online donation campaigns, and donor drives for foundation initiatives.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing donors, corporate CSR heads, and philanthropic partners; ensure regular updates and impact reports are shared.

- Compliance &

- Reporting:

Coordinate documentation, fund utilization reports, and project impact summaries for donor audits and foundation governance.

- Networking &

- Events:

Represent the foundation at relevant conferences, NGO forums,



and CSR summits to expand networking opportunities.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Experience: 1–4 years of proven experience in CSR mobilization, institutional fundraising, business development, or donor relationship management (NGO/Trust experience preferred).

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Business Administration (MBA), Public Relations, Communications, or related fields.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam (knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage).

- Proposal Writing: Ability to draft structured, professional project proposals and budget breakdowns.

- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with digital fundraising platforms.
