Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and CRM.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- Assist customers with product-related queries.
- Provide clear and timely information to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure proper resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Follow defined customer support processes and guidelines.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO,



or a similar role.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Tally/accounting software is an advantage.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused approach and positive attitude.
- Comfortable working from office.
