Role

We are looking for an experienced CRM Implementation & Business Automation Specialist who can understand client business processes and independently design, implement and manage CRM and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure Bitrix24, Salesforce and other CRM platforms
- Design sales pipelines, workflows and business automation
- Automate lead allocation, follow-ups, reminders and customer communication
- Integrate CRM with WhatsApp, websites, email, telephony and digital marketing leads
- Work with APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations




- Create dashboards, reports and management analytics
- Handle data migration and CRM setup
- Conduct client training and provide technical support
- Manage CRM implementation projects from requirement gathering to deployment

Candidate Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on CRM implementation experience is mandatory.

Strong experience with Bitrix24 and/or Salesforce is preferred. Experience with Zoho, HubSpot, Odoo, Make, Zapier, n8n, APIs and WhatsApp Business API will be an added advantage.

The candidate should have strong client communication, problem-solving, business process mapping and technical implementation skills .

Starting Salary: ₹50,000 per month

Higher compensation can be considered for candidates with advanced Bitrix24/Salesforce implementation and integration expertise .

This is a full-time, on-site position at Newtown, Kolkata.
