We are urgently hiring CRM Executives for a Blended Customer Support Process involving Calls, Chat, and Email. The ideal candidate should have recent experience handling all three communication channels and be comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through voice calls, chat, and email.

- Resolve customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally.

- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

- Follow company processes, guidelines, and communication standards.

- Record and update customer interactions and information accurately.

- Manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining response quality.





- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer service targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass.

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a blended process.

- Experience in all three channels is mandatory: Calls + Chat + Email.

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.

- Comfortable handling customers professionally.

- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple systems.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
