Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and support Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in D365 customization, integrations, Power Platform, and Azure services, with the ability to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Build and maintain plugins, workflows, custom actions, and Power Automate flows.
- Design and develop integrations using APIs, Azure services, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to implement requirements.
- Develop model-driven apps, Power Apps, and Power Platform solutions.
- Create and optimize reports and dashboards using Power BI and D365 reporting tools.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and production support activities.




- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Support deployment activities using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain system performance, security, and data integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4-10 years of IT experience with at least 4 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM customization and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Knowledge of Azure services and integration patterns.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, and CI/CD processes.
- Understanding of Dataverse, security roles, business rules, and data migration.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications.
- Experience with Power BI and Azure Integration Services.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
