What You’ll Do

End-to-End CRM Management: Monitor the daily health and performance of our CRM platform to ensure smooth operations across sales and marketing.

Lead Lifecycle Monitoring: Track incoming buyer inquiries and site visit requests, ensuring timely distribution and zero lead leakage.

Data Audits & Hygiene: Keep property buyer records, agent contacts, and customer interactions accurate, organized, and up to date.

Performance Reporting:



Build weekly and monthly reports on sales pipeline health, lead conversion rates, and booking milestones for leadership.

Team Support: Assist sales and relationship managers with basic troubleshooting, lead status updates, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

1–3+ years of hands-on CRM administration/coordination experience (Real estate industry experience is a strong advantage).

Solid grasp of lead workflows, buyer pipelines, and customer lifecycle stages.

Proficiency in advanced Excel / Google Sheets for data scrubbing and reporting.

- Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail.
