Role Description The Credit Executive role at Rupezi is a full-time, in office position based in New Delhi.

The Credit

Executive will review and assess credit applications, analyze financial information, and determine creditworthiness in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves monitoring customer accounts, managing credit limits, and identifying potential credit risks to support healthy portfolio performance.

Executive will collaborate with customer service and operations teams to resolve credit-related queries, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely communication with customers. This position also includes preparing reports, recommending process improvements, and contributing to data-driven decision-making for the lending function.

Qualifications

- Strong credit-focused skills, including Credit Control and Credit Management.
- Solid Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret financial and customer data.
- Knowledge of Finance principles, lending processes, and risk assessment.
- Customer Service skills for handling credit-related inquiries and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in using digital tools, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; prior experience in lending or banking is an advantage.
