Role Overview:

We are looking for a Credit Analyst to assess and manage credit risk for large corporate clients with exposures exceeding 500 Crore. The role involves in-depth financial analysis, credit appraisal, and risk assessment to support lending decisions for large-ticket corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed credit analysis and appraisal of large corporate borrowers (exposure > 500 Cr.)

- Prepare credit proposals, credit memos, and rating notes for new and renewal facilities

- Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, ratio analysis, and industry/sector risk

- Assess creditworthiness, repayment capacity, and structuring of credit facilities (fund-based & non-fund based)

- Conduct due diligence including promoter background checks, group exposure, and banking arrangements

- Monitor existing large corporate accounts for early warning signals and covenant compliance

- Coordinate with relationship managers, risk management, and credit committee for approvals





- Prepare and present credit notes to internal credit committees / sanctioning authorities

- Ensure adherence to internal credit policies, RBI guidelines, and regulatory norms

- Track industry trends, sector outlook, and macroeconomic factors impacting large corporate credit

- Liaise with rating agencies, auditors, and external consultants as required

Key Requirements:

- MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification

- 26 years of experience in corporate credit analysis, preferably with exposure to large corporate accounts (> 500 Cr.)

- Robust understanding of financial statement analysis, credit risk assessment, and corporate lending products

- Experience in preparing credit appraisal notes / CMA data analysis

- Sound knowledge of banking regulations, RBI norms, and credit rating frameworks

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling
