Role & Responsibilities

- Evaluate credit proposals for target customers (SME profile) for leasing of electric vehicles for commercial fleet deployment.

- Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements, cash flows, banking transactions and credit bureau reports.

- Assess business and financial risks, operational capabilities, and identify key credit concerns.

- Structure lease transactions in line with credit appetite, suitability of asset deployment and in compliance with internal policy.

- Review collateral/security, promoter profile, existing debt and overall banking exposure.

- Prepare detailed Credit Appraisal Memos (CAMs) and provide credit recommendations.

- Coordinate with business, legal and operations teams for timely execution of proposals.

- Monitor existing exposures and identify early warning signals and potential stress.

Preferred

- Candidates with solid financial analysis, credit underwriting and SME lending experience will be preferred.

- Understanding of operating lease and/or experience in leasing activity will be an advantage.
