nAbout Gape Labs:

nGape Labs is a mobile gaming studio building globally scalable, original gaming IP from India.

nWe currently have two mobile games live globally, including Arcado Battle , an 8-player competitive multiplayer game and Arcado Champs, a PVP real-time strategy tower defense game. We're a small, ambitious team building games for a global audience and experimenting aggressively with new ways to acquire and engage players.

nWe're now looking for someone to help us build one of our next major growth channels: creator-led acquisition.

n

nWhat you'll do

n

nYou'll work closely with the founder to build and scale our creator marketing and partnerships program globally.

n

nYour responsibilities will include:

n

n

n
- Discovering gaming, entertainment and short-form content creators across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
n
- Researching creators across markets including the US, LATAM, Europe and Asia
n
- Evaluating creators based on audience fit, average views, engagement, geography and potential campaign economics
n
- Finding and managing creator contact information and maintaining an organised creator pipeline
n
- Reaching out to creators and creator managers through email and social platforms
n
- Negotiating commercials and closing paid creator collaborations
n
- Coordinating campaigns from initial conversation through content going live
n
- Following up relentlessly and keeping multiple creator conversations moving simultaneously
n
- Tracking creator performance including views, engagement, installs and campaign economics
n
- Identifying high-performing creators and building longer-term relationships with them
n
- Helping us continuously improve our creator acquisition strategy based on what the data tells us
n

nThis is not a traditional social media management role.

n





nYou will not primarily be making Instagram posts or maintaining a content calendar.

n

nThis is a growth + partnerships + execution role where the objective is to identify creators who can help us acquire high-quality players profitably.

nWho we're looking for

n

nYou might be a outstanding fit if:

- You spend a lot of time on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or gaming/content platforms and naturally understand internet and creator culture
n
- You're extremely organised and comfortable managing hundreds of leads, conversations and follow-ups
n
- You have strong written English and can communicate confidently with creators globally
n
- You're comfortable negotiating and aren't afraid to reach out to people you don't know
n
- You're analytical and enjoy thinking about numbers, economics and performance
n
- You're resourceful and good at finding information online
n
- You move fast and don't need someone constantly telling you what to do next
n
- You genuinely enjoy games, creators, social media or internet culture
n

nPrior creator marketing experience is a plus, but not required.

n

nWe're very open to fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience if you're sharp, hungry and execution-oriented.

nWhat success looks like

n

nA typical day could involve:

n

- Finding and evaluating 50+ new creators
n
- Reaching out to creators across multiple markets
n
- Negotiating active collaborations
n
- Following up with creators who haven't responded
n
- Coordinating upcoming posts
n
- Reviewing performance of recently published creator campaigns
n
- Identifying which creator profiles are working and finding more creators like them

nYou'll have significant ownership from day one and will work directly with the founder.

nThis is a full-time, in-person role from our Bengaluru office.
