We are hiring a team of creative strategists - 3-person team

1.⁠ ⁠Write & Research Explicit Briefs with proper referencing.

2.⁠ ⁠QC the Scripts written by the content writers.

3.⁠ ⁠⁠Brief the content procurement team about the dos and don'ts of a single brand as per their Brand Guidelines

4.⁠ ⁠⁠Brief the creators, if required, regarding the type of shoot, etc.

5.⁠ ⁠⁠Prepare editing style briefs for Videos Editors

6.⁠ ⁠⁠QC the final output before sharing with the brand/Clients.

7.⁠ ⁠⁠Assess and analyse the creative performance and work on further optimisation.

8.⁠ ⁠⁠Ability to create workflows and work with writers, editors, content procurement resources, and clients.

9.⁠ ⁠⁠Ability to make and execute large volumes of creator-led creative video output every month.

10.⁠ ⁠Work with Brand Managers to get briefs and plan their timely execution.

11.⁠ ⁠⁠Must have experience working with Consumer Brands. Must understand direct-response creatives and how they work.

Team can be either Hybrid or fully Remote
