Creative Media Executive

Job Location: Gulbai Tekra, Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a creative and skilled professional who can independently manage graphic designing, video editing, and social media activities. The ideal candidate should have a robust creative sense, attention to detail, and the ability to create engaging content aligned with the company’s brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Design creative graphics for social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.

· Create and edit engaging Reels, short videos, promotional videos, and other digital content.

· Manage social media accounts and ensure regular and consistent content publishing.

· Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.

· Create platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.

· Write or assist with engaging captions, content ideas, hashtags, and campaign concepts.

· Maintain consistent brand identity, visual style, and quality across all creative materials.

· Edit raw video footage, add transitions, subtitles, graphics, music, and other required elements.

· Coordinate with internal teams to understand content requirements and deliver creatives within deadlines.

· Monitor social media performance, engagement, trends,



and competitor activities to improve content strategy.

REQUIRED SKILLS

· Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.

· Knowledge of Canva and other relevant creative tools.

· Strong graphic design, layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.

· Good video editing and short-form content creation skills.

· Understanding of social media platforms, trends, content formats, and audience engagement.

· Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.

· Basic copywriting and English communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

· Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

· Relevant experience in graphic designing, video editing, and social media management is preferred.

· Portfolio or previous work samples are required during the selection process.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, organized, trend-aware, and comfortable handling designing, video editing, and day-to-day social media activities as a combined role.
