Role Description The Creative Director will lead the creative vision and execution across branding, design, and digital experiences for Maditrones and its clients. This full-time, on-site role based in Kochi involves overseeing concept development, guiding art direction, and ensuring design consistency across all touchpoints.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with designers, developers, and marketers, reviewing and refining creative work,



and presenting concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.

The Creative

Director will translate business objectives into compelling creative strategies, mentor the creative team, maintain quality standards, and stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy, with a solid portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and digital experiences.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and advertising.
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar leadership role.
- Strong portfolio of successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent skills in graphic design, copywriting and branding.
- Strong knowledge of Video Production.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
