n● Work closely with production teams to ensure the original creative intent
nsurvives execution.
n● Be hands-on during shoots and comfortable making creative decisions on the

n● Lead and manage the creative team while maintaining a high creative bar.
n● Collaborate closely with content, graphic/design and production teams.
n● Give clear creative direction, feedback and briefs.

ndeliverables.
n5. Client & Stakeholder Communication
n● Present and explain concepts clearly to clients, brand partners and internal
nteams.
n● Be able to articulate the “why” behind an idea, not just the “what.”
n● Convert complex thoughts into simple, compelling creative narratives.
n● Handle feedback thoughtfully while protecting the core creative idea.
n● Build confidence and trust with clients through strong communication and
nownership.
n6. Content & Social Understanding
n● Stay deeply plugged into the content, creator and social media ecosystem.
n● Understand what makes content interesting, shareable, watchable and
nculturally relevant.
