The Role

We're hiring a Creative Director / Copywriter to be the single creative voice across every Company account — writing and editing copy yourself, and directing the design and video output so everything a client puts out looks and sounds like one coherent brand, not a patchwork of separately-briefed pieces.

What You'll Do

- Write and/or final-edit copy across all client accounts

- Set visual and video creative direction for the design team and Content/Video Editor

- Maintain one consistent creative point of view across every client touchpoint

- Own the brand/tone-of-voice guidelines per client

Must-Haves

- 3-5 years as a copywriter or creative lead, with a portfolio showing range across brand voice and formats

- Comfortable art-directing design and video, not just writing — this is a dual-skill role

- Ability to give clear,



specific creative feedback that others can act on

- Based in or willing to relocate to Porvorim, Goa — full time, in-office

Nice-to-Haves

- Agency experience across hospitality, real estate, F&B;, or retail

- Comfort using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for first-draft acceleration

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
